We’re keen to speak with engineers who bring a strong foundation in systems thinking and experience across the full engineering lifecycle. You might come from a background in mechanical, electrical, electronic, or mechatronic systems, and ideally from a regulated industry such as Defence, Aerospace, Automotive, Nuclear, or Rail.

Ideal candidates will have experience in some of the following areas:

  • Model-based systems engineering (MBSE) using tools such as SysML, Cameo, or similar
  • Working knowledge of DOORS or other requirements management tools

  • A collaborative mindset – comfortable working with multi-disciplinary teams including hardware, software, and project stakeholders
  • Strong communication skills – able to interface with both technical and non-technical colleagues, and present engineering concepts clearly
  • Ability to work in a hybrid environment, managing your own time effectively across site and remote working
  • Must be eligible for UK Security Clearance (typically minimum 5 years’ UK residency)

  • £45,000–£65,000 base salary, depending on experience
  • Excellent benefits package
  • Hybrid working – typically 2–3 days on-site per week
  • The chance to work on cutting-edge defence technologies
  • Long-term career development across multiple exciting programmes
