Client side Project Manager

Newcastle – c£60,000 upwards + Excellent Benefits Package

The Opportunity

On behalf of a long-standing client, I am looking to recruit a Senior Project Manager or Development Manager to join a forward-thinking development company that’s delivering high-profile sports and leisure projects across the UK.

These are exciting client-side roles ideal for experienced Project Managers currently working in a consultancy or development setting. You will be comfortable managing multiple projects, leading teams, and collaborating with directors, consultants, and contractors alike.

The position is based in Newcastle, but there is a requirement to travel within the UK and internationally on occasion.

You will be based in the clients offices, therefore we are seeking someone with a highly professional approach.

About the Company

My client is a well-established, ambitious international developer involved in a wide range of mixed-use and leisure schemes. With a reputation for quality and innovation, this is a great time to join them as they continue to expand their UK portfolio.

What We’re Looking For

You’ll ideally:

  • Hold a degree in Project Management, Quantity Surveying, or a similar discipline
  • Have at least 5 years’ experience in a consultancy or client-side role
  • Be confident delivering commercial/private sector schemes
  • Communicate effectively at all levels
  • Demonstrate energy, ambition, and a proactive mindset

Whether you’re currently in consultancy and looking to move client-side, or already operating in a development environment and seeking a fresh challenge – this could be the ideal next step.

Interested?
