The Opportunity
My client is seeking a residential conveyancing lawyer to join their dynamic and friendly team. As a member of the team, you will be responsible for managing a busy caseload of residential property transactions from start finish.
Responsibilities will include managing a caseload of residential property transactions including sales, purchases and re-mortgages. Ensuring files are managed in a timely and efficient manner, providing clients with high-quality legal advice and guidance throughout the transaction process. Liaising with estate agents, mortgage brokers, and other professionals as required

The Requirements
- Minimum of two years fee earning experience
- Qualified solicitor, legal executive or licensed conveyancer
- Autonomously able to handle a privately funded caseload
- Ambitious, driven and passionate
- Efficient, reliable and flexible
