Location: Birmingham (Hybrid)

Salary: £75,000-£80,000

What You’ll Do:

Lead the delivery of a risk-based Compliance Monitoring plan.

Manage and guide your team in executing compliance monitoring activities.

Drive continuous improvement and engage with stakeholders.

Lead by example with pragmatic decision-making and strong leadership.

What You’ll Bring:

✔️ At least 5 years of experience in a compliance role (within Banking)

✔️ Strong understanding of FCA Handbook and relevant regulations.

✔️ Excellent team leadership skills.
