THE ROLE
As the CRM Lead, you will be at the forefront of adopting the Braze CRM platform and elevating its capabilities. Leading a team of 2, you will support 16 internal brands across various projects. This is the perfect opportunity for a CRM Lead with a strong balance of technical expertise and business acumen.
YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
Proficient with HTML, CSS, SQL, and Liquid.
Experience managing teams.
Experience in ESPs & CDPs.
Experienced delivering multiple CRM campaigns.
