Program Manager

We are currently supporting one of our key clients in the rail sector who are seeking a Programme Managers to join them on a full-time permanent basis.

In this role, you will be responsible for line managing a team of Project Managers and oversee the delivery of a portfolio of a range of programmes, which could be focused on depots or various station enhancements.

Our client’s essential requirements:

• Experience in rail industry
• Experienced Programme Manager within rail environment or building/refurbishment
• Having an awareness of construction management would be helpful
• Strong stakeholder management skills
• Business case management
• Safety management
• Experience leading a team (ideally line managing)
• A solid understanding of CDM regulations

This is a hybrid role with an expectation to be on-site 3 days per week . With an office in York, there will also be some expectation to travel to various stations/depot sites around the Eastern region.
