As an M&E Surveyor, you will play a pivotal role in delivering Mechanical and Electrical condition assessments. You’ll use tablet-based technologies to capture data and produce detailed reports for clients. This position involves working on stock condition surveys, advising internal teams, and contributing to the development of commercial and acquisition strategies.

Conduct M&E condition data capture surveys.Undertake building stock condition surveys using advanced tablet technology.Ensure compliance with environmental, health, safety, and quality standards.Collaborate with colleagues to manage contractors and deliver value for money.
