You will be responsible for providing exceptional support, maintaining cloud infrastructure, implementing modern, automated solutions, and managing patching processes to ensure optimal performance and the highest level of security and compliance across all environments. Proven experience working with Microsoft Azure cloud services. Strong knowledge of Microsoft Intune, including management of devices, applications and policies. Familiarity with DevOps concepts, CI/CD pipelines, and tools such as Azure DevOps or GitHub. Experience with patching environments in cloud and hybrid setups to ensure security and operational compliance. Familiarity with scripting and automation tools such as PowerShell, Python, or Bash. Support, manage, and maintain Azure-based cloud infrastructure and Azure Virtual Desktop environments. Configure, manage, and troubleshoot Microsoft Intune, including device management and policy configuration for security and compliance. Collaborate with development and operations teams to implement and optimise DevOps pipelines using tools like Azure DevOps or GitHub. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Azure services, Intune, IaC deployments, and DevOps workflows. Monitor and optimise the performance, scalability, and cost-efficiency of Azure resources. Stay up-to-date with the latest Azure updates, Intune features, IaC practices, and DevOps tools. …
