What do I need?Experience as an engineering manager in a highly regulated industry – Defence, Aerospace, Nuclear, Automotive, Rail etc.Strong leadership skills with demonstrable experience managing multi-disciplined teamsSystem architecture & design -experience defining requirements, integrating systems etcExperience developing test and evaluation strategiesStrong requirements management experience – capturing, tracking and evolving system requirementsA background in Systems, Mechanical, Electronic or Manufacturing engineering is highly desirable
