The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality teaching and learning to our Year 1 students, ensuring that each child makes excellent progress.Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and deliver engaging and differentiated lessons in line with the national curriculum.
- Assess and monitor student progress, providing feedback and support to help them achieve their goals.
- Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment that fosters a love of learning.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues, parents, and carers to support student development.
- Participate in school events, meetings, and professional development opportunities.
Requirements:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) is essential.
- Proven experience teaching in the UK, preferably within Key Stage 1.
- Strong knowledge of the national curriculum and effective teaching strategies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.
