What you’ll be doing:
- Identifying and winning new business from existing data – both warm leads and lapsed accounts
- Nurturing client relationships and growing account value through strategic engagement
- Meeting face-to-face with clients to understand their goals and recommend tailored training solutions
- Managing the full sales cycle, from consultative meetings and quotes to CRM updates and stakeholder follow-up
- Achieving sales targets and KPIs while delivering best-in-class customer service
What you’ll bring:
- 3+ years’ experience in a B2B sales or account management role
- A confident communicator who thrives on building long-term relationships
