Salary: £44,(Apply online only) – £54,(Apply online only) per annum

Location: Southampton

Job Type: Permanent, Full-Time

Hours: Monday to Friday, with overtime available

The Role:

We’re hiring an experienced Trailer Technician to join a busy workshop in Southampton. You’ll carry out trailer servicing, diagnostics, and repairs, working with EBS systems and supporting a safe, efficient operation.

Key Duties:

• Service and repair HGV trailers

   

• Diagnose faults (HALDEX, WABCO, Knorr-Bremse)

   

• Complete compliance and safety checks

   

Requirements:

• Experience with trailers or HGVs

   

• NVQ Level 3 / City & Guilds in vehicle maintenance

   

• Strong mechanical and diagnostic skills

   

Desirable:

• Class 1 licence

   

• IRTEC certified

   

• Welding experience

   

• Knowledge of tail lifts, BPW, SAF or JOST axles
