Are you an expert with a passion for shaping reward and benefits strategies? We’re looking for a Rewards and Benefits Manager to lead the development of competitive compensation structures, job architecture, and benefits programs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage Workday Advanced Compensation processes and ensure best practices. (Workday experience would be beneficial but not essential)
- Develop and maintain job architecture, grading structures, and salary benchmarking.
- Oversee compensation and benefits policies, ensuring market alignment.
- Conduct market research and benchmarking to optimize total rewards offerings.
- Collaborate with HR, Finance, and Operations to enhance employee experience.
What You’ll Bring:
- Experience in salary benchmarking and job evaluation, with experience in job architecture and frameworks being essential.
- Strong background in reward strategy, benefits administration, and pensions management.
- Analytical mindset with excellent stakeholder management skills.
