BMS Engineer

BMS Commissioning Engineer (Multiple locations available) – Deal with the Service and Maintenance, install and commissioning of BMS systems within various areas.

Responsibilities:

1. Design and implement all Mechanical Building Services BEMS control systems across the full spectrum of building services.
2. Prepare functional design specifications and points schedules.
3. Represent the company at meetings with clients and contractors when required.
4. Conduct site surveys, inspections, and monitor site works.
5. Carry out on-site inspections of BEMS installations and witness BEMS control functionality.
6. Provide advice on appropriate control strategies for building services systems and application of the latest Building Energy Management technologies.
7. Maintain records and archives to company standards.
8. Manage own workload and liaise with the Office.
9. Complete additional tasks as instructed by management.
