Your Mission

As a Revit/BIM Technician, you’ll be the backbone of our operations, responsible for:

• Model Creation & Enhancement: Use Revit to craft and refine our clients’ modelled information.
• Data Accessibility: Ensure all new and updated information is seamlessly transmitted to the Common Data Environment (CDE) and is readily accessible to end users.
• Surveying & Validation: Conduct surveys to validate existing or newly acquired information.
• Standards Compliance: Produce content that aligns with our company’s high standards.

What You Bring to the Table

We’re excited to hear from you if you have:

• Experience with ACC/BIM 360 Cloud Environment.
• Knowledge of the ISO19650 Suite and modelling best practices.
• Skills in Navisworks clash detection and model coordination.
• Expertise in drawing/document management control.
• Familiarity with COBie, AutoCAD, and Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing Engineering (MEP).
