Responsibilities

Qualifications

1. Bachelor’s/Master’s/PhD in engineering, science, or mathematics.
2. Expertise in structural analysis, fatigue, fracture mechanics, and material behavior.
3. Proficiency in FEA tools (preferably ABAQUS/ANSYS).
4. Familiarity with structural design codes and standards.
5. Chartered Engineer status (or working towards it).
6. Proven ability to lead, mentor, and manage projects within budgets and timelines.
7. Strong business development skills and a relevant industry network.
