Senior Product Manager Tech, Delivery Experience, JP Prime & DEX

We are looking for a business-savvy Product-tech leader to re-imagine the next-gen service model for Japanese customers to make their shopping experience with Amazon as convenient as a quick convenience store trip.

As Senior Product Manager-Tech, you will be partnering with teams across WW/JP Store Tech, Supply Chain, Operations/AMZL, and Categories to improve both the shopping experience for customers and help our network achieve higher sustainability and lower cost-to-serve.

Key job responsibilities:

  1. Own a highly technical roadmap for a new delivery service to be built from scratch.
  2. Partner with global technology teams to improve foundational capabilities and build and enhance locally relevant CX features.
  3. Set mechanisms to measure the quality and performance of key products and customer outcomes.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition
  • Experience in representing and advocating for a variety of critical customers and stakeholders during executive-level prioritization and planning
  • Experience with feature delivery and trade-offs of a product

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Experience with end-to-end product delivery
