Content Designer / Copywriter

Rate: Up to £570 Inside IR35 Via Umbrella

Duration: 6 Month Initial Contract (scope for extension)

Location: Edinburgh – Hybrid ( 2 Days on site)

Responsibilities:

• Work as part of agile teams, collaborating with designer, product owners and engineers to identify priorities and define scope.
• Communicate with stakeholders throughout the project on key decisions and milestones as well as to manage expectations
• Be a proactive member of the design team, sharing knowledge, ideas and embedding principles of design across a range of product, service, and customer journeys.
• Shape strategic initiatives ensuring, customer and market insight when creating or enhancing propositions and services.
• Attend workshops, making sure the business context, needs and risks are properly understood
• Support the research and document current and future state services.

Skills & Experience Required:

• Worked as a Content Designer within Financial services
• Additional Public sector experience would be highly advantageous
• UX Writing, content creation and copywriting experience
• Life Insurance product Knowledge
• Use of Figma and Jira
