Air Conditioning Engineer

We are seeking a skilled and reliable Air Conditioning Engineer to join our clients facilities maintenance team on a permanent basis. The successful candidate will be responsible for the service, maintenance, and repair of a wide range of air conditioning systems across commercial and/or industrial sites.

Key Responsibilities of the Air Conditioning Engineer:

• Carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive maintenance on various air conditioning systems including split, multi-split, VRV/VRF, and chillers
• Fault-finding and diagnostics
• Asset collection and database improvement
• Minor installation (preferred but not essential)
• Small chiller systems (preferred but not essential)
• General plantroom housekeeping

Requirements of the Air Conditioning Engineer:

• NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Air Conditioning & Refrigeration (or equivalent)
• F-Gas Certification (Category 1)
• Proven experience in a similar FM or building services role
• Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach
• Full UK Driving Licence
