Job Description:

We need you to have:

• Experience of working collaboratively with stakeholder management and influencing skills
• 5 years’ experience of testing with a minimum of 3 years in leadership positions within financial services including writing key governance documentation and reporting
• Demonstrable previous experience of working on significant organisational change projects
• Ability to work proactively with third-party suppliers to ensure that appropriate test evidence and governance documentation are provided in line with IMS standards
• Previous experience of working in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, requiring delivery to tight timelines whilst maintaining quality standards
• Skilled in Unit Testing, System Testing, System Integration Testing, and User Acceptance Testing
• Delivery within both agile and waterfall frameworks
• Experience mentoring other staff to drive up capability
