Please note that we are seeking a highly skilled (Senior) Product Compliance Analyst to work closely with our clients on technical and product-related projects, ensuring that all products meet regulatory requirements and industry standards. The successful candidate will provide expert guidance on compliance matters, support product development, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of compliance into product strategies.

General Responsibilities:

1. Conducting thorough analyses of products to ensure compliance with relevant laws, technical regulations, and industry standards.
2. Providing expert advice to clients on technical requirements and compliance strategies for their products.
3. Collaborating with product development teams to integrate compliance considerations into product design and development processes.
4. Identifying potential compliance risks and developing strategies to mitigate them.
5. Preparing and maintaining compliance documentation for client projects, ensuring accurate and timely reporting.

Senior Role Additional Responsibilities:

1. Managing complex compliance projects, ensuring timely completion and high-quality outcomes.
2. Fostering strong relationships with clients, providing strategic compliance advice and support.
3. Developing and implementing process improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness in compliance analysis and project delivery.

Minimum Requirements:

1. Proven experience in product compliance, in the iGaming industry.
2. Strong understanding of relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards.
3. Ability to analyze complex compliance issues and develop practical solutions.
4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with clients and internal teams.
5. Relevant certifications in compliance or a related field are advantageous.
6. Experience in managing projects related to product compliance.
7. In-depth knowledge of the iGaming industry.
8. Familiarity with technical tools and software relevant to product development and compliance analysis.
9. Familiarity with auditing processes and risk assessment methodologies.
