Are you an experienced engineer with a passion for asset reliability and continuous improvement? We are recruiting for a Reliability Engineer with a leading food manufacturer in Cambridgeshire to optimise equipment performance and reduce downtime across the site.

Key Responsibilities

1. Develop and implement maintenance strategies to maximise asset reliability
2. Conduct root cause analysis (RCA) to resolve repeat failures
3. Lead failure mode and effects analysis (FMEA) to improve reliability
4. Drive Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) and operator-led maintenance
5. Implement predictive maintenance tools, including vibration analysis and thermal imaging
6. Identify and lead continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency
7. Support CMMS development and the digitalisation of maintenance processes

What We’re Looking For

1. Degree or time-served qualification in Mechanical, Electrical, or Reliability Engineering
2. Experience in a reliability, maintenance, or CI role within FMCG or food manufacturing
3. Strong understanding of RCM, RCA, and predictive maintenance tools
4. Ability to lead teams and drive improvement projects
