Job Description:

A new opportunity has arisen for a Technical Sales Manager to join a growing architectural glass, glazing, window and doors specialist in North-West London. The company works on high-end residential projects across the London area and due to continuous growth, require a motivated sales professional to join their team.

Technical Sales Manager Position Overview

1. Monitor Sales team and create and track sales targets
2. Main point of contact for any technical questions from both office staff, factory staff, and customers
3. Help customers with product installation issues
4. Meet with new potential customers to help onboard them
5. Troubleshooting any Window Designer and Logikal software issues & updates
6. Updating prices for products in our software when changes are made
7. Helping to improve our product offering – sourcing upgraded parts from suppliers
8. Understanding our customer pain points and finding solutions to improve our service/products
9. Liaising with customers if there are issues with production & offering solutions to move forward
10. Producing all technical literature and materials (e.g. cross section drawings/installation guides)
11. Dealing with any customers that have been escalated to a manager within sales/Aftersales
12. Main point of contact for some of our larger customers
13. Creating bespoke CAD drawings when requested
14. Sending quotations to customers for complex jobs e.g., curtain walling
15. Processing Schuco, corner bifold & corner sliding door jobs

Technical Sales Manager Position Requirements

1. Commutable distance to North-West London
2. Experience of CAD, Window Designer, Logikal and Excel
3. The company manufactures AluK, Cortizo and Schuco products (any experience within these would be highly beneficial)

Technical Sales Manager Position Remuneration

1. Salary requirements: £40,000 – £45,000 (negotiable DOE)
2. 28 days holiday
3. Pension
4. 9am – 5pm, Monday to Friday
