The role
The firm is seeking to hire a Senior Commercial Property Solicitor to join the firm’s office based in the heart of the West End of London.
You will deal with a high-quality caseload for the firm’s affluent client base. You will work as part of a close-knit, friendly real estate team. The caseload will include:
- Acquisitions and disposals of commercial premises across a broad spectrum of industry sectors
- Commercial leases
- Licenses to assign
- Property development
- Portfolio management
- Some construction matters
This role comes with good prospects for career progression and development, which could include a partnership with the right candidate.
Requirements
- You will be a Commercial Property Solicitor with at least 6 years PQE (there is no upper limit regarding PQE)
- You should have experience in business development and building professional relationships resulting in you generating business
