My client is looking for a Payroll Administrator to work within a leading construction company.

You will be responsible for supporting the payroll function in a timely and accurate manner.

Main Responsibilities

  1. Prepare and process the monthly payroll
  2. Process timesheets
  3. Process statutory payments
  4. Plan and prioritise workload to ensure deadlines are met
  5. Maintain personal records and documents
  6. Manage starters and leavers
  7. Handle journals and reconciliation
  8. Process P45s
  9. Book and process holiday pay
  10. Keep up to date on current changes and legislation

Skills Required:

  1. At least 1 year of experience in Payroll
  2. Excellent organisation, verbal & written communication, verbal reasoning, and time management
  3. Strong skills to work well in a team and independently
