We’re searching for a creative, results-focused Campaign Manager to take charge of our brand awareness and acquisition campaigns across the UK and US. You’ll be at the heart of it all, leading end-to-end campaign delivery, hands-on with strategy, execution, and optimisation, ensuring every campaign is as dynamic and engaging as the Virgin brand itself.

Tell me more

  1. Lead the development and execution of integrated campaigns across digital, CRM, social, and paid channels, ensuring alignment with business goals.
  2. Define measurable success metrics and use data insights to refine audience targeting and messaging.
  3. Work with internal teams and external partners for seamless execution and creative development.
  4. Oversee creative production for Virgin Red and Partner campaigns (UK & US), ensuring brand consistency.
  5. Manage campaign operations, ensuring all marketing activities are on-brand, compliant, and strategically aligned.
  6. Optimise end-to-end campaign journeys to enhance engagement, conversion, and brand loyalty.
  7. Lead and support a team, ensuring effective digital inventory management and data-driven performance tracking.

What you’ll need

  1. Strong experience in integrated campaign delivery, project management, and brand management.
  2. Skilled in managing multi-channel campaigns, paid media production, and asset delivery.
  3. Creative and innovative mindset, with a dedication to high creative standards and fresh ideas.
  4. Data-focused and customer-obsessed, with a deep understanding of audience behaviour and needs.
  5. Strong stakeholder management across matrix organisations, including partners, creative, legal, and DPO.
  6. Comfortable briefing and collaborating with creative agencies and internal designers.
  7. People management experience, with the ability to mentor and support team members will be a distinct advantage.
  8. Experience collaborating with creative agencies to develop and execute campaigns is a plus.
  9. Experience in loyalty, travel, or financial sectors, plus MarTech or project management tools (e.g., Contentful, Braze, Monday.com) is a plus.
