A high-growth financial services business is seeking a Chief Commercial Officer to join its Executive Board.

You’ll lead the Commercial function, drive organic and acquisition-led growth, oversee subsidiaries, and define the business development strategy — all with a strong focus on client outcomes and innovation.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Shape and execute the commercial strategy
2. Lead adviser workforce and commercial acquisition teams
3. Drive new client acquisition, retention, and cross-selling
4. Build and manage a strong acquisition pipeline
5. Identify new partnerships and market opportunities
6. Promote continuous improvement and client satisfaction

About You:

• Experience in FCA-regulated environments (Private Equity and IFA acquisition experience a plus)
• Strong commercial, strategic, and analytical expertise
• Visionary, pragmatic, and entrepreneurial mindset
