Job Title: Boutique Manager – Luxury Retail

Job Summary:
The Boutique Manager will oversee the daily operations of a luxury retail boutique, ensuring exceptional customer service, meeting sales targets, and maintaining the brand’s prestigious image. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of experience in Ready-to-Wear (RTW), preferably in the Knightsbridge area, along with extensive experience in luxury retail management, a keen eye for fashion and trends, and strong leadership skills to manage and motivate a high-performing team.
Key Responsibilities:
Leadership & Team Management:
- Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of sales associates to deliver exceptional customer service and achieve sales goals.
- Conduct regular team meetings to discuss performance, sales targets, and product knowledge.
- Provide ongoing training and development for staff on luxury product knowledge, sales techniques, and customer service standards.
- Manage staff scheduling to ensure optimal coverage during peak and off-peak hours.
- Address staff concerns, conduct performance reviews, and manage conflict resolution effectively.
Sales & Business Development:
- Drive sales to meet or exceed monthly and annual targets through effective team leadership and sales strategies.
- Analyse sales reports and metrics to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
- Develop and implement personalized sales strategies for high-net-worth clients.
- Foster and maintain strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business and customer loyalty.
Customer Service Excellence:
- Deliver an exceptional and personalized shopping experience for all customers, ensuring every interaction reflects the luxury brand’s standards.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback with professionalism and care, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention.
- Oversee VIP client management, including personalized services, private shopping experiences, and exclusive events.
Visual Merchandising & Store Presentation:
- Ensure the boutique’s visual presentation aligns with the brand’s guidelines, including window displays, in-store layouts, and product placement.
- Collaborate with the visual merchandising team to execute seasonal and promotional displays.
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness, organization, and overall store appearance.
Inventory Management:
- Oversee inventory levels, including stock replenishment, transfers, and receiving new deliveries.
- Conduct regular stock counts and ensure accurate record-keeping.
- Minimize stock discrepancies and manage shrinkage through effective loss prevention measures.
Financial Management:
- Manage boutique budgets, including payroll, expenses, and operational costs.
- Ensure accurate cash handling procedures and adherence to financial policies.
- Prepare and analyse sales reports, budgets, and forecasts to inform business decisions.
Brand Representation:
- Uphold and communicate the brand’s core values, image, and messaging consistently in all customer interactions and marketing activities.
- Represent the boutique at industry events, trade shows, and community engagements.
Event Planning & Execution:
- Plan and execute in-store events, product launches, and exclusive client experiences to enhance brand presence and drive sales.
- Collaborate with marketing teams for promotional activities and campaigns.
Experience & Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years in luxury retail management in the capacity of an Assistant Manager or higher.
- Existing client book in the Knightsbridge market preferred.
- Fluent in multiple languages, including Arabic.
