Clinical Lead Nurse

Cityworx are recruiting on behalf of our client, an established care provider, who are looking for a full-time Clinical Lead Nurse across the Hertfordshire and Essex areas.

Responsibilities include:

• To deliver training to care workers in relation to nurse delegated tasks
• To ensure that care workers are assessed as competent
• To complete initial assessments and undertake clinical reviews
• To write and update care plans
• To respond to and investigate clinical complaints
• Providing full face to face assessments
• Partaking in telephone calls and home visits as part of the review process
• Taking part in Clinical Governance activities, including clinical supervision and attendance at quarterly governance board meetings
• Accurate recording of all care related activities in accordance with professional and regulatory guidelines
• Ensure that a high standard of service is established, and delivered at all times, for the customer and their associated multi-disciplinary healthcare team
• Ensuring that all relevant information regarding customers is recorded, reported and, acted upon to communicate any changes
• Maintaining medical and ancillary supplies  and ensuring medical equipment is maintained in good working order
• To monitor and assist with the induction of newly appointed staff

For this role, you will need to be a Registered Nurse (RGN) with at least 2 years’ experience with a current NMC registration. You will need to have strong clinical knowledge, with experience of working with adults in the community.

Due to the nature of this role you will need to a driver with your own transport. The role will be based WFH and in the community, with some days needed to go into the office.
