KEY DUTIES
- As a Research Manager you will be responsible for managing relationships with a large portfolio of clients, supporting them day to day, and building retention plans.
- Manage projects, from defining objectives, quality control, and ensuring deadlines are met.
- Lead the analysis and development of research strategies using platform and ad hoc data.
- Effectively communicate insights to clients based on platform data, providing clear actionable guidance.
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
- Previous experience managing client relationships and project timelines.
