Senior Associate – Fire Engineering – Manchester – £90,000

I am currently representing a well-established fire engineering consultancy who are seeking additional members to join their team in Manchester.

The experienced team offers varied services across consultancy and design, specialising in a range of commercial, residential and industrial projects. This opportunity will allow for a variety of work, with huge scope for training, development and progression.

Salary Package:

1. £80,000 – £90,000
2. 30 days annual leave + bank holidays

Duties:

1. Overseeing quality assurance, refining recruitment and R&D
2. Working closely with directors, clients and design teams
3. Applying principles of safety and building regulations
4. Ensuring compliance with governing bodies’ codes
5. Managing projects from start to finish

Requirements:

1. Previous experience in fire safety engineering at senior level
2. Managing projects experience
3. Good problem-solving skills
4. Excellent understanding of regulations around fire safety and technical knowledge
5. Relevant university degree
6. Chartered engineering status (ideally)
