Job overview

As a Delivery Manager for the Global Implementation Success team, you will play a crucial role in leading and managing the successful implementation of Medius solutions for our new logo clients. You will oversee a portfolio of projects, ensuring that they are delivered on time, within scope, and to the highest quality standards.

Some of the tasks you will be performing

Portfolio Management:

  • Own and manage a diverse portfolio of new logo clients.
  • Ensure consistent and successful delivery of projects, meeting client expectations and company goals.

Sales Liaison:

  • Act as the sales-facing representative of the Global Implementation Success team.
  • Collaborate closely with the sales team to understand client needs, develop tailored project plans, and support client acquisition.

Team Management:

  • Lead, mentor, and manage a team of professionals who are responsible for delivering projects for new logo clients.
  • Foster a collaborative and high-performance team environment.

Requirements for the position

  • Proven experience in project and delivery management, preferably within the SaaS industry with specific experience in AP, P2P, ERP or in Fintech SaaS Solutions.
  • Strong portfolio management skills with experience handling multiple high-stakes projects.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with experience liaising with sales teams.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and manage a team of professionals.
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills, with a focus on client satisfaction.
