ROLE DESCRIPTION

  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the space, including opening and closing procedures, monitoring health and safety policies, and managing operational and booking systems.

  • Manage the execution of the weekly program, including logistics, room bookings, and equipment setup.

  • Serve as the main point of contact for both internal and external facilitators, providing ongoing support to ensure smooth execution of sessions and events.

  • Ensure that all facilities and equipment are well-maintained, addressing maintenance issues promptly and upholding high standards of cleanliness and hygiene across the space.

  • Lead the Front of House team, assisting with staff scheduling and rota planning to ensure efficient operations.

  • Oversee the operations of special areas, such as wellness spaces or saunas, ensuring smooth functionality and integration.

  • Address and resolve complaints quickly and effectively.

  • Collaborate with the Program Manager to oversee large-scale events, workshops, and special gatherings, including organizing staff, coordinating additional equipment hire, and ensuring post-event space resets.

  • Manage operations for private and corporate hires, ensuring flawless execution.

  • Build and maintain positive relationships with external suppliers and internal food and beverage operators.

  • Work alongside the Program Manager to continually innovate and promote programming that attracts and retains members, helping drive revenue growth.

  • Conduct budget reviews and report cost plans to senior management.
