Job Description
Our client, a prestigious City law firm, has an outstanding opportunity for an Employment Associate to join its highly regarded and internationally focused Employment practice based in London.
The Employment team is known for its sophisticated and strategic counsel to a wide array of employer clients, including financial institutions, private and public companies, and asset managers across all alternative classes. The team advises on the full spectrum of employment issues, from contentious disputes and senior exits to major change programmes and transactional support.
Associates enjoy high levels of responsibility and exposure to excellent work from an early stage, with matters typically split across advisory (e.g. restrictive covenants, disciplinary and grievance procedures), contentious (tribunal and High Court litigation, whistleblowing and discrimination claims), and transactional mandates (including M&A, IPOs and outsourcings). The team also acts on complex business immigration and industrial relations matters and conducts internal investigations for high-profile clients.
Candidates should have 3-6 years of post-qualification experience in employment law, ideally gained within a respected UK or international firm. A strong academic background and stable career record are essential.
This is an exceptional opportunity to join a collegiate and forward-thinking firm, offering high-quality work, career progression and a competitive remuneration package.
