Risk & Compliance Assurance Officer

Job Description

A leading insurance business that operates in the Lloyd's and Company insurance markets is seeking a Risk & Compliance Officer.

In this role, you will lead on the development of, and for delivering the 2nd line assurance plan. Duties will include:

• Developing an effective second line assurance framework
• Designing and delivering MI for the committee and senior management meetings.
• Designing and undertaking reviews on a thematic and functional basis.
• Periodic testing of risk controls.

It is anticipated that you will come from a monitoring / assurance background or are currently working in a compliance advisory role. Experience of working in the insurance profession is essential.
