Role Overview
We’re seeking a mid-weight Sales Specialist with a solid track record in business development within the digital marketing and branding space. This is a strategic hire for our client – you’ll be someone who can take ownership of sales, build a pipeline from scratch, and convert high-quality leads into long-term client relationships. You’ll have an entrepreneurial mindset, be well-networked in the UK digital sector, and ready to hit the ground running.
Key Responsibilities:
● Build, manage, and grow a pipeline of new business opportunities in the UK and EU
● Identify and connect with key decision-makers in target industries
● Deliver compelling pitches that clearly communicate the agencies services and value proposition
● Work closely with the agency co-founders to shape sales strategy and growth targets
● Report regularly on sales performance, pipeline activity, and forecasts
● Collaborate with creative and production teams to ensure smooth onboarding and delivery of projects.
Candidate Requirements:
● 3–6 years of sales/business development experience in the digital marketing or branding sector pitching creative/marketing services
● Strong network of contacts in the UK digital advertising and marketing space
● Proven ability to set up and manage CRM/sales pipelines
● Excellent communication, pitching, and presentation skills
● Self-starter with a proactive, results-oriented approach
● Comfortable working remotely with autonomy and accountability
● Experience working in or with start-ups is highly desirable
