My client are looking for an experienced Commissioning Manager to work on critical and innovative projects throughout the M3/M4 corridor.

As a Commissioning Manager. you’ll take full ownership of the end-to-end commissioning process for complex MEP services. From pre-construction planning through installation, testing, and final handover.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the commissioning strategy and manage execution across all project phases.
- Carry out commission ability reviews and create commissioning plans and reports.
- Chair commissioning meetings, maintain issue logs, and manage all test documentation.
- Oversee testing stages (Levels 1–5), including FAT, SAT, and IST.
- Coordinate with project teams, subcontractors, and clients to keep everything on track.
- Monitor progress, report regularly, and ensure full health & safety compliance.
- Support training delivery, O&M documentation, and handover processes.
The Person:
- ONC, HND, or Degree in Mechanical, Electrical or Building Services Engineering.
- A proven background in commissioning management for MEP systems.
- Experience working in critical environments (e.g., data centres, pharmaceutical, industrial).
- Right to work in the UK
- Driving License
