Commercial Engineer – London & South East

£47,500 – £55,500 per year

Pay Rates:

Base Salary: £47,500 – £55,500 per annumOvertime: Available on evenings & weekends

Requirements:

1. Gas Safe Registered with valid commercial gas certifications (e.g. CPA1, TPCP1A, CCN1, CENWAT, CKR1, HTR1, CODNCO1, CDGA1)
2. Full UK Driving Licence
3. CSCS Card (preferred)
4. Minimum 1 year plumbing experience (preferred)
5. Confident in welding, plumbing, and mechanical systems
6. Experience working in plant rooms, with heating distribution & ventilation systems
7. Strong communication and customer service skills
8. Reliable, professional, and proactive approach

Key Responsibilities:

1. Maintenance, repairs, and installations of commercial gas systems
2. Routine mechanical maintenance on pumps, valves, heat exchangers, etc.
3. Work across schools, commercial offices, and residential blocks
4. Compliance and combustion servicing
5. Produce condition and dilapidation reports
6. Participate in the on-call rota
