Are you a confident and committed Maths Teacher looking for your next challenge? Tradewind is working with a well-respected secondary school in South Birmingham, who are seeking a skilled Maths specialist to join their team after the Easter break.

This is a long-term, full-time role teaching across Key Stages 3 and 4, in a school that prides itself on high standards, excellent student behaviour, and a strong sense of community.

About the Role:

You’ll be joining a supportive and forward-thinking Maths department that values a balance of rigour and creativity. The school is looking for someone who can make Maths accessible and engaging, helping students develop strong numeracy skills and real-world understanding.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) – essential

  • A strong subject knowledge and passion for Maths

  • Confidence in delivering the curriculum at KS3 and KS4

  • A reflective practitioner with excellent classroom management

  • A commitment to helping all learners achieve their full potential

  • DBS on the Update Service – or willingness to apply for one through Tradewind
