Location: Central London & within M25
Terms: 08:00AM – 17:00PM, Monday to Friday (40 hours) Overtime Available
Salary/rate: Salary is paying up to £45,000 depending on qualifications and experience.
Requirements:
- AC qualified – City & Guilds Level 2 (Essential)
- AC qualified – City & Guilds Level 3 (Desirable)
- F-Gas qualification (Essential)
- Must be able to provide copies of your trade certificates
- A proven track record in commercial building maintenance or High-End Residential properties
- Multi-skilled
- Good communication skills
- Client Facing
About The Company: A well-established maintenance provider who are renowned for their prestigious contracts are currently recruiting for a Mobile AC Engineer to cover their Central London & within M25 portfolio of High-End Residential properties. This reputable company are big believers in promoting staff internally and are currently looking to add a strong Mobile AC Engineer to their team.
About The Role/Benefits:
- Basic Salary of up to £45,000
- Monday to Friday 8:00am-17:00pm
- Van Mobile – Van & Fuel card – Will be put on callout rota
- 23 days holiday + Bank Holidays
- Tablet & Work Phone Provided
- Full company uniform
Responsibilities:
- Air conditioning and refrigeration – Service/maintenance
- Your main duties will be service and maintenance on split systems, VRVs, VAV’s and VRF’s, AHU’s, FCU’s, Chillers and all HVAC and refrigeration plant.
- Electrical Knowledge would be beneficial.
- Extensive building services knowledge
