We are seeking a Communications Manager, Engagement Manager or Change Manager, with deep internal communications expertise to lead impactful change management campaigns across large, complex organisations, working closely with senior management.

This role involves developing and executing strategies, managing client relations, and overseeing all phases of communication projects, from strategy to production, with a focus on agile methodologies, marketing, and copywriting.

Ideally you will have exposure to Organisational Design (OD).

  • Exceptional project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver on time and within budget.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and internal teams.
  • A creative mindset and a passion for developing engaging and impactful communication strategies.
  • Proficiency in digital communication platforms and tools.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

What You’ll Do:

  • Lead the end-to-end production of internal communication projects for pharmaceutical clients, including digital content, events, and campaigns.
  • Develop and manage project timelines, budgets, and resources.
  • Collaborate with creative teams, designers, and developers to ensure high-quality deliverables.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients, managing expectations and providing regular updates.
  • Conduct thorough research and analysis to inform communication strategies.
  • Ensure all deliverables meet client requirements and regulatory guidelines.
  • Manage client feedback and implement necessary changes.
  • Ensure all projects are delivered within compliance guidelines.
