Asset Investment Manager

Niyaa people are working on an exclusive basis with a client of ours in the East Midlands to recruit 2 Asset Investment Managers. Our client is a social housing organisation looking for 2 experienced asset investment managers to manage major and minor projects as well as a manager for disrepair. The role will be working out of our client’s office in Northamptonshire.

The successful Asset Investment Manager will have:

1. Experience in delivering major investment projects within social housing.
2. Experience in managing teams within a social housing setting including building surveyors.
3. Experience in budget management.
