Senior Python (Backend) Developer,

Location: 3 days from home / 2 days in NW London

Senior Python Developer required by revolutionary, tech-focused Company!

This is a diverse, challenging role in a talented team where you’ll be responsible for developing backend scalable, high quality software products.

Essential:

1. Strong experience in Python backend development (Flask, FastAPI, or similar)
2. Proven ability to design and build REST APIs.
3. Must have hands-on experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP)
4. Proficiency with containerisation tools like Docker/Kubernetes
5. Experience with CI/CD
6. Deep understanding of coding standards & architectural patterns
7. Experience with Agile methodologies and excellent communications skills

Bonus Skills (NOT essential)

1. Experience with message driven systems (ideally google pub/sub)
2. RDBMS skills (ideally postgres)
3. Experience with some kind of no SQL db (document store/key value score)
4. Experience with Google Cloud Build for CI/CD actions, deployments and builds.
