Technology Lead – FullStack Dev

£500/DAY

Location: London

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead cross-functional engineering teams in the design, development, and delivery of scalable solutions built on or integrating with Google and Adobe Products.
• Act as the technical liaison to strategic clients, understanding their business needs and ensuring engineering solutions align with those needs.
• Collaborate with Sales, Product, Customer Success, and Solutions Engineering teams to support pre-sales and post-sales engineering engagements.
• Drive technical architecture decisions, product integrations, and customization strategies for enterprise-level clients..
• Develop and maintain relationships with Google and Adobe product teams, staying ahead of updates, betas, and best practices.
• Ensure timely delivery of high-quality engineering solutions, while maintaining flexibility to adjust to customer feedback or evolving business needs.

Qualifications:

• 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 3–5 years in a leadership role.
• Proven experience working with Google Cloud Platform (GCP), Google Workspace, or other Google APIs/products or Adobe tools.
• Strong technical background in cloud architecture, SaaS platforms, and scalable web technologies.
• Demonstrated success in client-facing or customer-centric engineering roles.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage with both technical and executive audiences.
• Experience managing distributed and cross-functional teams.
• Expert knowing and implementing with agile development methodologies and DevOps best practices.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).
