As the Candidate Engagement Manager, you will:
- Grow and develop the team to ensure a best-in-class learner generation strategy.
- Develop and execute a candidate engagement strategy, including hosting events and webinars.
- Work closely with marketing and stakeholders to refine messaging, collateral, and content.
- Take ownership of marketing budgets and spending plans for our growing geographic and programme reach.
- Coach and mentor the team, ensuring they achieve KPIs and continuously improve processes.
- Maintain strict compliance and accuracy while working with funding teams to drive efficiency.
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience in managing a team, setting KPIs, and driving sales performance.
- A strong background in selling training courses/packages and working towards targets.
- Experience in collaborating with marketing teams to drive engagement and improve billing.
- A track record of growing and scaling sales or learner engagement departments.
