Responsibilities:

• Varied Private Client caseload including drafting Wills and LPA’s, providing Trust advice, dealing with estate administration and advising on care fees.

Requirements:

• Locum is required 3 days a week or permanent applicants can be 3 – 5 days a week.
• The position is available whilst the firm recruits a new Head of Department.
• Minimum of 3 month assignment.
• Hybrid working is welcome – 2 days a week in the office is ideal with the remaining being remote working.
• Secretary support available.
• Role to commence beginning of May.
