Building Services Engineer

Fawkes & Reece are currently looking for a Building Services Engineer in London. This role focuses on a high-end commercial contract, so we are looking for someone happy to be client-facing.

About the role of the Building Services Engineer:

• Carry out planned preventative maintenance in both the mechanical and electrical space
• Reactive breakdowns
• Alarms/Lights
• Replacing and fault finding
• Ballasts/Sockets/Water heaters

Experience needed for the role of the Building Services Engineer:

• Any City & Guilds/NVQ Qualifications – Mechanical or Electrical

What we offer the Building Services Engineer:

• Up to £44K dependent on experience
• Overtime opportunities – paying 1.5x and 2x
• Bonus up to 2% two times a year

• Sociable hours – 8am to 5pm
