A leading law firm is currently recruiting for a Solicitor to join their non-contentious construction team. The successful candidate will have a minimum of two years’ relevant experience in the non-contentious construction sector. This role offers flexibility and can be based in either the Edinburgh or Glasgow office. The team focuses on:
- The construction aspects of major property developments and regeneration projects, including development agreements, building contracts, bonds, guarantees, and professional appointments.
- Significant engineering projects, particularly in the energy sector, including onshore wind, hydro, battery storage, solar, tidal/wave, etc. Projects are located throughout the UK.
Clients include developers, contractors, public sector bodies, funders, and consultants.
The Role:
Technical/Legal Skills
- Demonstrate appropriate legal knowledge and technical expertise.

- Utilise knowledge as a marketing tool (e.g., eBulletin articles, client seminars, etc.).
