Mobile Fabric Engineer

Fawkes & Reece are currently looking for a Mobile Fabric Engineer to join a growing FM provider in Belfast. You will be assigned to commercial contracts only and be provided a vehicle and fuel card to cover the patch.

About the role of the Mobile Fabric Engineer:

1. Repairs and install – roofs, gutters, gullies, cladding and wall tiling
2. Reactive task
3. Decorating and painting
4. Doors and locks
5. Hardware repairs
6. Complete reports

Experience needed for the role of the Mobile Fabric Engineer:

1. Level 2 NVQ Carpentry or equivalent (essential)
2. Full driving licence
3. CSCS Card (desirable)
4. Any other city & guilds qualifications (desirable)

What we offer the Mobile Fabric Engineer:

1. Hours of work – Monday to Friday and 8am – 5pm
2. Salary up to 33,000 euros per annum (depends on experience)
3. 33 days of Annual leave
