The Role
As an Internal Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will play a key role in identifying, engaging, and hiring high-calibre graduates to strengthen our internal teams. Working closely with senior stakeholders, you will develop and execute recruitment strategies to attract top talent while ensuring a seamless candidate experience. Key Responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for internal hires, from sourcing to onboarding.
- Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to attract high-quality candidates.
- Screen and interview potential candidates to assess cultural and professional fit.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline to support future hiring needs.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand talent needs and ensure the best recruitment outcomes.
- Utilize LinkedIn, job boards, networking, and direct outreach to engage with potential candidates.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience, providing timely communication and feedback.
- Maintain accurate records of recruitment activities and candidate interactions.
- Assist in employer branding initiatives to position the company as a leading employer in the executive search industry.
About You
- Up to 3 years of experience in an internal talent acquisition or recruitment role.
- Strong understanding of recruitment best practices, sourcing techniques, and candidate engagement.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships.
- Proactive and resourceful mindset with a keen eye for identifying top talent.
- Ability to manage multiple roles simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
- A collaborative team player who thrives in a fast-paced, office-based environment.
- Proficient in LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS platforms, and other recruitment tools.
